Because apparently Diablo 2 is not, in fact, a game. But instead, an electronically induced drug/demon/turkey sandwich of some sort that sucks its victims in and forces them to buy "shop botted" items from Taco X over Ebay with their parents' credit cards so he can purchase more pirated copies of Legend of Mana for $1.10 apiece.
