Jabba. Why? Well, it's a stretch, but I think my reasoning is relatively solid.

At some point, Jabba had a nearly nude Princess Leia on his tubby hide. Now I'm willing to bet that Jabba's bathing habits are pretty irregular at best, and as such, there is a fairly good chance that she left some sort of sexy residue on him. If I had to bone one of them, I'd pick the Hutt, because at the very least I might get some of Leia's sweet secretions on me.

The converse is much more horrifying. At some point, that ape-beast at the top might have had a nearly nude Dan on her. That's a lose-lose situation if I've ever seen one.

So, in conclusion, Jabba the Hutt would have to be my choice.
