Blah how do I change my IP?

Does anyone know how I could change my IP? I am on cable and I keep getting Unable to Connect to Battle.net. When I had dial up all I had to do was reconnect. Now I cant, does anyone know how I could change my IP? Thanks

IP bans can last very very very long!! i couldnt get on bnet once for 1 1/2 days.. i was soo mad coz bnet pwnt me!
