which is better for blizz sorc

hey i been makin blizz sorcs to use to bot with and i been wonderin if i should be maxin cold mastery or my last blizz synergy first. i always have done cold mastery last but im not sure and figured id see wut everyone else did.

personal preferance, i aim for about 180-200ish from CM and rest into the synergy since the cap is -100 and most ppl fig if they got 75 resists there fine, so 100 + 75, and top off with a small buffer if the have one :P
