Fool! You will regret your decision! (I'm not too fond of RMXP, mainly because they took out so many useful features like previewing animations...)
SOMETHING's corrupt here. Either that, or you didn't install it to the default directory and it's looking in the wrong place.
A quick question, is the EXE in C:\Program Files\RMXP ? That's default..
With this, and your previous RM2k3 issues, I'm going to recommend doing a full scandisk overnight, and maybe even a memtest ( http://www.memtest86.com/) just to be sure.
Also, I'm attaching my working DLL file, to see if it's just the DLL on your end.
