There is nothing like Maryland's finest. I'm sure you all have heard about othe "deadly" sniper taking peeps out all on the Eastern Shore. Well the media has currently released information that the sniper is probably an online video game player. Games like Counter-Strike, Socom, and America's Army influence people to get sniper-rifles and kill people. Uh huh. When the sniper left the tarot card and the note that said "Dear Policeman: I am God." Was supposedly referring to God Mode, that was first introduced in Doom. Nothing like the media and Maryland's finest... Mmm hmm. Check it out for yourself below.
That's exactly my point. Don't you understand, the media always blame video games for everything when they have no logical explanation for events taking place. For example the Columbine shooting. They said the kid played Doom too much, riiiiite.
"You go to video game chat rooms and you have the proclamation 'I am God' all over the place," said Thompson, an advocate of regulations to keep violent video games out of the hands of minors.
The expression is sometimes used by gamers to declare victory and players commonly say they're in "God-mode" when their characters shield themselves or don protections that make them invincible."
Thompson should die. Right now. Does this mean videogames make me violent?

So? Crusin' the USA had levels in Redwood City where you could drive at very high speeds. When I'm in Redwood City I don't drive fast. Because I know the difference between video games, and reality. Having school levels of Doom means absolutely nothing.

But if you did drive fast, and they noticed that you play a game with the same exact setting, they would blame the game. Just like with the kid that made the doom maps of his school. Although even if he hadn't made those maps, they would still blame the game.
