actually its normal if i remember right, and they are very common, people just dont think they have one.

(Its a +2 necro shield, while in .09 its +1 sorc)

Maybe its normal on 1.08 but on 1.09 its EXPECTIONAL shield typ.

Its a defender, buckler would have been normal.
