Yeah ladder gives you more item drops.

More item drops? I've got a level 71 sorc in hell and a 40+ barb I've worked through nightmare. I've only found like 4 uniques.

I have nightsmoke belt, and magefist glove for your duel leech ring.

I traded away a nightsmoke belt for 10k gold. It's crap.

Magefist isn't too bad, but it's definately not worth a 3%dual leech (as far as what I remember dual leeches being worth).

I'm wanting either some nice unique stuff (Arachnid Mesh, Lidless, Ondal's Wisdom, Mang Song's Lesson, Shako, Crown of Ages, Oculus, SoJ, Mara's, Death's Fathom(l337)- which I won't get of course) some desired set items (I'm talking about Tal Rasha's of course), or (and here's what I hope and expect to get) some decent uniques (Chromatic Ire, Magefist, (but not for a dual leech ring) Visceratuant, Razorswitch) or some rare items with good resist and other mods.
