So far I been able to I only play like 20min then get tired because I cant find one decent game. I havent played since 1.09, and all these quest blocks are gay. I go into an Act2 game and they already got past Arcane or w/e and I have to leave

Acer you don't join games and do quests silly. You get rushes and have other people do the "work" for you, then reap the rewards.
