Tile Set Help Rpg Xp

i need help with tiles set i just download some chrono triggers tiles but wen i download i have to set them up my self but i dont get how to do it is on circle,x so help me pls

The O means that you can walk on the tile, the X means you can't walk on the tile, the Star is for special tiles (like the panorama tile and the clear tile in the objects), and the Square is for wall tiles.
