how do i change the controls?

Is there any way to change the controls in the game? For instance, assign the controls to correspond to the numeric pad on the right of the keyboard so it's all together in one place?

And while I'm at it, is RPG Maker 2003 controller compatible? Anyone know where I can buy a Playstation 2-to-PC controller adapter so I can use my PS2 controller?
