Make your own or something. How the heck are you supposed to give a tutorial on something that's largely the result of creativity? It's like trying to come up with a tutorial for writing a fiction book or something.. though, there's probably some good attempts at just that sort of thing. Unless you're lazy, use GOOGLE...
If you need help, post what you need help ON, and the people that check this place regularly will answer your question.
Something like "How do I make an RPG" is impossible to answer.
"How do I make my character invisible" is answerable.
