for that side note do you mean it only works for lvl 18 fade or do you mean it is just 1 % dr for each skill?

yes for w/e slvl fade u got renders that amount of dr, i ran outta room for that post, like if u had +10 skills with lvl 1 fade = slvl11 fade which would give u 11%dr
