Would that mean Grav and other non staff would have to become a Moderator or Senior Staff Member to view the User Notes in order to discuss them privately in the Staff Forum? Grav, how long would people be judged? Would they be judged on past histories or would their slate be clean? Indeed an interesting concept. Hopefully you can get a finalized setup soon. Maybe a neat icon or something next to avatar if there is room.
