TRICK OR TREAT! fool

I can assure you that my friends who say they are in love do not have just as strong of feelings for each other as me and my girlfriend do for each other. The longest couple we know of other than us is 1 1/2 years and they are no longer together. I have many friends who say they are in love one week and the next are with another person. It definately isn't the same.

Were you dropped on your head repeatedly, or are you just stupid... or both? Of course there are people who are together for other reasons than love. I also realize there are couples who just want to have a boyfriend or girlfriend because it just seems natural. On the same token, there are married couples who are the same way. They of course always "love" one another. They all say they love because it wouldn't seem right any other way, but there are probably underlying reasons for their relationship, which is a completely seperate discussion altogether. However, just like married couples who's love runs deeper than simply saying the word, there are also young couples who love each other just as much.

One thing I do believe, is that the longer you are with someone you love, the stronger that feeling becomes. For a couple that loves one another and has been married for only a year, I don't believe they are as close as a couple who loves one another and has been married for ten years with children. That's also a different argument from trying to prove that a teenage couple can love one another as much as an adult couple.
