Thanks for the offer Lenny, but this niqqa figured it out! I took another 30 minutes or so with a Comcast rep and I didn't let her off the phone until she was able to figure out what my problem was.

Turns out when Comcast set up the internet, for some dumbass reason, they attached two internet connections, one with the ethernet cable, and the other with a USB connection. Well, while I was able to connect to the internet, the connection was VERY limited, to the point that it was giving me a dummy IP address which Live wouldn't configure........ We tried switching the ethernet cord ends, resetting the modem, shutting down the tower, decharging the tower, etc. etc. until I noticed the USB and told her about it. From there, it was cake, and I was able to figure out how to connect!
