This was just in the news, he was found to have acted properly in shooting the kid. The jurors stated that the video only showed half of what actually happened.
A jury of 8 men and 4 women took less than half a day to acquit the officer of all charges.

Nuff said, he was reaching for a weapon after a high speed chase, I would've shot him too, the officer was acquitted after the evidence was shown, case closed.
