Neither may I say "Hey guys, go get Naruto at X site" nor "Hey guys, go get Naruto at http://Xsite.com". However, the rule allows linking or mentioning sites that have an array of stuff, both legal and illegal, as long as noone mentions specific, copyrighted works.
