Ber or Havoc Sorc

Ber is better without a doubt. Well I suppose it all depends on what char type you are. But you say sorc so now it depends on your resists. Do you need the +20 resists havok gives? Other than that the 10% Life / mana is only so much compared to damage reduced you could have got. (i.e. 100 life doesnt go far in dueling). Ber would be smart choice
