i don't think they stack senesia i'm pretty sure the ias for barbs ww/dual throw is based on the weapon in the right arm.

also it seems the charts for dual throw are same as jab : )

also cruel matriarchal javalins of quickness are the best possible damage javalins for a jabazon : )
atleast for 4 frame jab opposed to 4.5 (avg 160/60 20 ias glove/amulet ethereal ttian setup)
