2 More Challenging Riddles!

OK by popular demand here is a starter. (1) The man who makes it, has no need of it. The man who buys it, has no use for it. The man who uses it never knows it. What is it? (2) You arrive at the gates of heaven and hell. Two guardians are here. None of them is sitting in front of a particular gate, they are just walking around. One of the gate leads to heaven, the other to hell, you have to find which one. The only thing you know is that one of the guardian is always lying and the other always telling the truth. You can ask one question to one of them. What do you ask?

1. that got me thinking for a while, but there was something of a funeral on the tv and then it made sense, I think its a coffin
