Dude alright the movie was about people getting their skin eatten off by a flesh eatting bacteria.. and they all are slowly getting affected by the disease.. and this guys skin is falling off in his car as hes looking for help and hes bleeding everywhere.. he stops off at this small store place and goes we need a doctor... the guy goes okk let me get the doctor.. meanwhile the guys kid is sitting out infront of the store.. and the kid out of nowhere starts screaming pancakes...pancakes...pancakes and then charges the guy with the flesh eatting disease .. jumps in the air does 2 karate kicks in the air in slow motion comes down and bites the guys finger and then walks back and sits down again.. i was like what the fuck???? the movie has so many completely random parts, it totally killed the movies scaryness.
