Yes, but for Dev to claim that a band makes all of it's money through tours is ludicrous. They don't pass around a collection plate at the end of the show and walk home with a handful of cash. They get paid to do the show, and the pay they recieve is because they worked their asses off to put on that show. They work like crazy while touring, and they get paid accordingly. That pay doesn't make up for numbshit retards donwloading all of their songs for free, unless you're Britney Spears and you get paid for simply breathing.

Plus, a great percentage of that money goes towards the venue and the people supporting the tour. To claim that you shouldn't be required to buy a band's CD because they make all of their money touring is ridiculous. They get paid to tour because it's hard work. They should also get paid for their music because you're listening to it.
