hammadin stat points?

I have had both A2 and A5 mercs at high lvls. IMHO, A5 mercs can't really hold a candle to the usefulness of act2 mercs. My lvl90 hammerdin has a Holy Freeze merc and he only dies to IM.

my hammadin should kill everything quite fast!
so i think i'll take a defiance act2 merc.....
but i still need my hoto and maras....
i got everything else

Ah, i dissagree quite..

My act 5 merc with 08 4/15 ias gaze, eth botd CB, and etheral stone does QUITE well against any monster.. 3k dmg

before i take a act 5 one, i'd choose act2 merc with might!
he makes up to 8 k dmg with around 25+ ll, or 10k with only 7-10ll....

ok im lost first of all HOLY FREEZE are ownage!!!! i love them so much ). in a non-gay way haha. but ya ummm if ur a hammerdin u put one skill into holy shield and u only need about 80 dex cuz it will max block % which is all u need, then just recast when needed again

u shouldn't have gotten the act 2 defiance in nm, get the act 2 defiance in hell because it starts out at like level 75 and up so u dont have to level him much and it will be easy for you
