I dont know about that but this whole idea is... crazy. We need to keep things as stable as possible, without losing any members and the only way to do that is for people to stop with the petty crap. d3v, you need to leave sov alone. All the staff members are Trying to help, if theres something wrong then try to help them but dont flame them for something you dont like. And maybe start using PMs instead of making a post that drags everyone into it like some kind of brawl.

Look, I brought up an issue that many people we're talking about, I expressed what I thought about Sov, and asked for other's opinions.

The election will never work, and is pretty worthless. You are basically saying that you just want everyone to vote on a new staff member or whatever, and see if that person is approved, because all in all, WW and Chruser and the other Admins are gonna be making the final decision.... sounds pretty god damn worthless to me. The real way to make Zelaron better is add some staff. It doesn't make sense to not add staff, it's not like they get payed (unless I missed something ), so having extra staff shouldnt be a problem, I don't understand why they just don't add a Sup Mod or two.

No, but some staff that are inactive and don't do anything should be replaced.
