The titles look kinda out of place on Synthesis, with them being anchored on the right and their subtle coloring.

I'm almost positive it's based off of activity, now Grav is above 80% and has it as well. Everyone that had it yesterday was above 80%, nobody else had it, Grav moved up above 80% and now he has it too.

An incentive to post more... Nice.
