Would this include Drug talks along with Bit Torrett discussions?

Drug talk and Bit Torrent discussion is allowed in the normal forums as long as it doesn't reach the illegal level. If we decide illegal stuff will be allowed in the NSFW forum, I'm sure unlimited Drug talk and Bit Torrent discussion would be allowed. It really just depends on what rules we decide on.

Legal drug discussion is already allowed in the main forum.

Also, NSFW doesn't have to mean porn. That could be a subforum; you could designate different restrictions on different parts. We're leaving it up to the members to figure out what they want. But if noone but KA shows interest in the NSFW forum, it won't go anywhere.

Well at the current, there's no interest in the NSFW forum because there's nothing different about it. We need to establish some sort of limits. This all comes down to, what would Chruser and WW allow? What is the absolute most you would allow?

Well, having a NSFW would mean to have an area for stuff that isn't allowed in here now. That would mean you'd have to start enforcing the rules again? I don't really know of anything that isn't allowed except for the obvious.

Lots of things aren't currently allowed.

I mean, we don't enforce "no spamming" rules and stuff like that all of the time right now, and that wouldn't really change because of the NSFW forum. The things that WOULD change are things like "no posting porn" and stuff like that that isn't allowed because of people who either don't want to see it or are not of legal age to see it.

I'm leaving that up to Chruser, though he's been rather busy lately, and though he claimed to have read forum discussion this weekend, didn't decide to post anything...

Generally I've been working on recruiting people for the forum while the rules are being decided. No point in having rules if there's nobody to follow them, and at this point there's no point in having the people we have to follow the rules if there are no rules to follow.

That makes sense somehow, I think.

No, right now everything is stalling over people needing to make suggestions about what they want so that when Chruser does get arround to it, it'll be easier to sort out.

Eh, I've been trying to get people to post suggestions. The last post in the NSFW forum was by me and that was like 5 days ago. I think we really need to know what the limits are before we can seriously decide what we want.

For instance, a lot of this is hanging on whether or not legal or illegal things will be against the rules or not. There's no point in suggesting a bunch of illegal stuff if we don't even know if illegal stuff will be allowed. I would have thought that part would be up to you, since I think you're the one who handles the hosting and stuff, and generally it's the host that requires content to be legal and such.
