He's been arrested a good three or four times the last two days... <_<
I guess he's got some kind of "He's fucking nuts, so it's not his fault" immunity? I don't even know.
Computer's settings changed themselves. Something went from the suggested 250 to 1024. Wtf?

Computer progressively growing shittier by the day. Everyone in the house struggles to fix it. Nobody got the cops called on them, today, either.

Have you tried having him arrested for having the camera aimed into your bedroom window? You are under 18, if I recall, so not only is that stalking, its child porn charges. Which means he won't last too long in prison. Just a suggestion...
