Relax.

Sit back and relax. Delight yourself with the smooth pleasures of life. Don't think, just float away...into the sky. Let the breeze carry you through the air, and land you gently on a soft rose petal. Take a sip from the nectar and relax as you dream your troubles away. Massage yourself gently as you feel the stress just melt right off. Take it further and slowly massage your arms until you feel homely and relaxed. Take a brisk sniff of the beautiful scents careening around you and sit back. We're going on a journey deep into your inner thoughts to whisk your troubles away, so relax. Don't squirm, sit still. Allow me to gently mark a spiritual circle around your head. Relax and take it easy, enjoy the sensual pleasures of life. I am now cutting around the line, freeing your spiritual thoughts to be purified by the ambience. Immerse yourself in the beauty of life. Relax as I finish cutting. I will now remove the upper portion of your skull. Let the wind purify your thoughts as you feel the breeze on your head. Relax as I cut away your bad omens and instill a sense of pleasure. Your thoughts are slowly drifting away with every cut. Relax. Feeling better? Take a whiff of the new scents around you as I sew your skull cap back on. With every poke imagine yourself being infused with fresh rose hips. Relax and take it easy, your thoughts will trouble you no more.

I'm still wondering where the sexual bit is.

To quote the great WetWired, "WTF???"

In the movie Hannibal, Hannibal Lecter had cut off the top of someone head and let that person eat his own brain.

I've heard...

He he he...I've got a friend who, as a young kid, went to see the hannibal film. For days after his uncle used to creep up behind him and shout "Hannibal the Cannibal!" into his ear. it really scared him...

He still flinches horribly when we do it now-a-days...

That would be so funny. I'd dress up as Hannibal from the movie and tap him on the shoulder and do that. He would fucking flip out so much and be so horrified too.
