Anybody remember when all the forum wars were going on? I dont because i wasnt her, but i read up on most of the threads in the trash can. Pretty interesting stuff happened.
I remember when I first joined zelaron, when I asked a question about d2 (took me 3 months to see that there were other forums as well :P) I always got a reply within 10 minutes max. Ppl were so helpfull back then.
I remember there being a Fallout forum when I originally joined. I also remember explaining the basics of the game to another member and saying that it was a turn-based RPG. I remember Chruser then saying "it doesn't have to be." I then asked him what he meant by that and never recieved a response.
Ha! No, that's different than the situation I just posted about.
Chruser said that there is apparently a way to play Fallout without using the turn-based combat system, and I honestly can't figure out how that could work. I wanted him to explain it to me so I could try it out for myself, but he never gave me the opportunity.
