Like I said above, I like that the game is aimed at casual players (because most of the players are casual players.) However, "aiming at casuals" means to shorten dungeons, get rid of annoying and time consuming rep grinds, and add some fun and challenge to the game. They can make the dungeons and raids shorter and more casual accessable without making them stupidly easy. I remember the Burning Crusade dungeons being pretty darn difficult when the last expansion came out. They should just do the same thing now, but shorten things a bit.
I also think they should leave some of the "hardcore" stuff in the game. That's part of what an MMORPG is about. This is why I was originally excited for their new raiding system, having all raids be 10 man or 25 man, rather than just having entry level raids as 10 man and all of the others as 25 man. This seemed like the perfect system to allow casuals to get a taste of raids. However, when it's all dumbed down, it's just not fun anymore.
tl;dr, Blizzard dropped the ball again.
