Actually, it takes 35 IQ to be able to walk properly.

according to xenn, a cats iq is 19, and to me they seem they can walk properly, but i suppose its different for humans. therefore i give vicious an iq of 50.

i'm serious 158 give or take it was in the fifties and i remember them saying 158 or 156 i'm not to sure but i smoke alot of pot so maybe it could get higher but pot is the only thing that keeps me on the level you know it's not an addiction but i need it to feel normal but i quit so i might act different so please bare wiht me.
