So far the most interesting thing I've noticed is how they evaluate future decisions based off criticism from reddit/twitter/facebook/bnet forums/etc. I didn't realize how much they analyzed the public response to patches and updates.

Sounds quite similar to how GGG operates. Also, congratulations!!!
