Um, I don't think banning him would be fair. He hasn't done anything really except come off as a pompous asshat at times.

Agreed. In fact, I'll go as far as to say we give him the chance as moderator. It's been, what, two weeks? I'd say it took me considerably longer than that to evaluate my place in this forum and consequently modify my tone to something that seemed appropriate.

Now, if he goes and does something drastic, such as swinging the proverbial ban-stick with an air of assumed impunity, then I feel that we should consider some of the aforementioned responses.
