Knowing some browser hijackers, you may not able to download the fixes over the internet from the original site directly.. but, try this:

http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html

Post the log here, and we'll see what you have so I can see what tools to recommend. HijackThis shows ALL things within Explorer, both Windows and Internet Explorer, both good and bad. So... post the log here, unless you're comfortable with what you're preventing from starting up.

(Of course, this is in addition to the standard AdAware/SpyBot combo. Get them both, they each find things the other doesn't.)

Edit:
If these don't work, you're being blocked from getting them. Check your HOSTS file (it has no extension, it should be in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc if you're on XP) and take out all entries except the "localhost" line.

Adaware SE: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
SpyBot S&D: http://www.lavasoftusa.com

Yeah BlueCube summed it up. If The AA and Spybot combo aren't working you should try that first site and post it here.

Yeah, it's the nastiest spyware that I can think of.. though ShopAtHome isn't too good either, since it likes to break Windows' LSP.. still, LSPFix takes care of that..

Okay.. how about that HijackThis log then..

http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/...0-17-150.shtml for CWShredder, but it's only good if, in fact, you have CoolWebSearch...

You... still haven't posted the HijackThis log. With that, I could possibly see what is on that computer of yours.

Also, here's another random cleanup tool because I have absolutely no idea what you may/may not have: (About:Buster)
