anyone else here have an account? I just got an invite from and friend and its looks sweet.

Can you explain what GMail is? Or if there is any link send it. I have never heard of it.

Oh I have it. It's very convenient to have, I have about 10 songs stored on there so I can have my buddy download them 1000 miles away, because he is nocturnal and I'm not.

Gmail? Let me guess....online e-mail brought out by Google. Right. It seems that everyone is in on the online E-mail business now. Can't see why, they don't charge for it.

Invites seem to be random. I got 2, waited a month, and got 12 in two days.

Right, so you need invites to get G-mail. Correct? So, how did the first ever subscribers get invites if there was no-one with an account to invite them?

Aparently, there are other google services that you need an account for. They probably just selected some of those users.

There are other e-mail services out there which seem to be better -- though I don't really know how good Gmail is. What's the mb storage space etc? |
1GB of storage, spam filtering, e-mail archives are searchable. Supported by Google plain-text ads.
