I do pushups, i used to be able to do 80 at a time and did 2 sets of 80 a day but thats where i got my titties lol.. theyre not super huge but when i flex they pop out of my shirt.. i like that

but i also did alot of situps.. i never counted how many i just put a good song on and tried to go to the beat until 2-3 songs were over. and everytime i went back up id punch a wood dresser (my feet were under the dresser to help me not tip backwards).. and ofcourse i had a shirt wrapped on my hands when i punched the dresser.. or else my knuckles would be gone :P
as for the rest of my body.. my shoulders are fine even though i want them bigger, my pipes on my neck are existant

i can see them good when i flex.. my biceps earent super huge and neither are my triceps but i think they're ok.. when i flex it looks like a tennis ball is jammed in them.. but i need to get it to be *wider* i guess :P not taller.. triceps have a bump comming out of them but nothing to be impressed about.. but i nomater howmuch i work out my whole body i still think i need to work out my forearms alot.. my forearms = garbage

, i guess that means i need to wank more but... bah, im not ready for that dedication :P ill just work out the old fashioned way :P
