Post Bowflex - opinions?
Reply

I'm thinking about getting a bowflex. Anyone who has one, or has had one, or knows someone who has one, etc, etc, please post your opinions or experiences with it. Thx for the help.

Its an excersizing thingy. Just lift weights and run and stuff, do manual labor. You'll get in better shape faster like that.

if you don't do enough sports and whatnot to get exercise naturally, the bowflex works pretty well. I'd get it.

even though i go to the gym like 3 times a week i think you can get in shape faster with weighs , i dont really like using those machines + machines limit your usage so i'd rather do manual weighs

Ya I can go to a Health Club and lift weights, but health clubs suxxorz. I dont really want to buy a bunch of weights and bars and racks. Bowflex is more portable and space efficient.
and.. ya wtf is para para paradise?

(from the article)If you like (and I do), you can simply flail away like a maniac, with no rhythm or pattern whatsoever. Eurobeat generally gets me in that sort of mood.
those fools who play that way are sad. I'll never have any competition on the leader board if everyone keeps playing that way.

My favorite Nonstop mode sets are:
Para Para: Eurobeat, Boom Boom Fire, One Night in Arabia (I do this set one handed )
Freestyle Normal: Burning Desire, Made of Fire, Night of Fire (yeah, it's a theme set)
Freestyle Hard: Eurobeat, Remember Me, Dancer (This is the part where you build those arm muscles )

P.S. I play DDR and Para Para Paradise every day

how to be big and have musles:
do 120 push ups [per day and 300 sit ups(for beginers)
do this for a year and babes will be all over you...

Fact: lifting waits increases your larger musles
Fact: doing pushups increases your smaller musles...
