how do i make a person that my char talks to blow up?

Err.. okay then.

You know about switches, correct? (If not, check the FAQ for more info).

Anyway, on the first page of your 2-page "target char" event, do something like this:

<>Message: "Howdy!"
<>Show Battle Animation - Explode, wait until finished, target char
<>Set Switch: 0010:Exploded

Second page is just a blank event graphic with a precondition of "Switch 0010:Exploded" is ON. Set the Event Layer to below hero, so the hero can walk over the square the character once occupied.

Edit: Also, again with the rules, but please make your thread titles more.. specific. Makes it easier for others to know what's in the thread.

A visual explanation.. of a three line event, with a blank second page?

Okay then





(Double-click on the map on Layer 3 (yellow) to create an event. Double-click on the <> symbols to create a new "event command".)
