There can be in-game popups or banners that the characters either are presented with at regular intervals (once an hour) or are placed on boards in common meeting areas. Also, advertisers don't know whether or not anyone uses a bot to click a banner. And, with each of those 10,000 to 45,000 users you estimate playing the game, can you imagine the amount the advertisers would pay for it? How many people watch the Superbowl each year? I don't know. The Superbowl is only once a year. Many people play MMORPGs daily. I'm sure with come negotiation, it could be done.
