Complete sorc setup

My sorc is good as hell now, but i kno there is room to improve, here is my gear so far:

Havoc'd 08 Shako
Havoc'd 08 bugged Valor
Cham'd Storm Shield
Armegeddon Ammy
2x Occy Rings, or 1 occy 1 constriction
Occulus - Wizardspike
Mage Fists
String
Travs

Do you think Wizard Spike or Occulus would be better to havoc? I really need to know. My resist are maxed.
Plan on getting Soul Spurs and mabey a bugged string, but what is the best gloves for a sorc, just kind find one.

Skills:
Max Ts
Max Nova
Max Frozen Orb
Max Light Mast

What do i put my skills into now? Chilling armor?

Invatory:
10x Light Charms
10x FHR

Should i use FHR charms or +20 life. I have over 2.5k life.

Also if anybody knows the dex needed to reach max block with a storm shield at lvl 99 it would help greatly.
