Wait, I found the page with the modifier codes. They work, but you have to have the toggle option enabled on your Gameshark, because the codes have to be turned off before you load your save. At the bottom of the page are the character modifier digits. They tell you the numbers for all of the regular characters as well as Young Cloud and Sephiroth. I knew they still had these posted.
