The problem of doing that is if a NKer hits you at the right time, like right after you click body *pop*. This is why my Druid ALWAYS keeps 2 rows open for his Storm if he gets killed. However, you can pop even if you have enough BASE stats... the person just has to kill you RIGHT when you click body (theres a miniscule amount of time when body remains) but only VERY fast MASSIVE dmg zons can do it...
