Hmm 1 question. Does the Ias from 2 weapons Stack?
Say you use double throw, and both javas have of quickness suffix. Do they +80% ias then? (I think they do~)

Assuming they do stack...

0 % 8
2 % 7.5
7 % 7
15 % 6.5
24 % 6
40 % 5.5
63 % 5
99 % 4.5
168 % 4
395 % 3.5

With Shaft:
20% from gloves, 40% from each CWHoQ.

Without armor, you'll throw at 6.5fpa on a plain WH.
With a 40% ias on WH, you will take the speed up to 5.5fpa.
With 40% ias on each WH, speed will be 4.5fpa~

Now, with a 160/60ias armor.
20 gloves, 40x2 Java, 60 armor = 160.

Sooo if you socket 40/15ias on 08 Arreat, you can throw at 4fpa~ (hopefully!)

That changed one of the sockets tho...
You might want to Ber the Shaft instead of Ber'ing Arreat.

Edit: Try to get 20% ias 6% life leech gloves, with resist or stats
