Zagggon free on technicalities?

Hmm, well as far as i knew he didnt break the rules... i guess i didn't know that.. my bad (i can't keep up with every member of every forum cuz i mod everything and i dont go much into D2 sections but now that i think about it its bad but I think he should be temp-banned a bit and I'll talk with zagggon, ppl usually listen to me :P
