runes

Senesia do you know what monsters will drop zod runes ? im needing one to make the perfect ith. also theres something i have wounderd, if you duped a rune and put it in a item then a patch is released so they delete the duped rune, would the item have the same stats just now more sockets ? just something to try befor the patch is realesed.
