To me, Art is just a representation, or an expression of beauty. People can have their own unique way to express it, and there are different forms of Art. Certain Art might be very captivating to one, while it means nothing more than a....POS to another. Hmm...I hope I've gotten my point across.
I agree, and what I said is kinda not what I was thinking... if you draw a car, it depends why/how. If you drew a car that comes to you as an idea or fantasy, its art.
