a "speedster" especially ones using shaft or fast bows do WEAK damage, and they won't even be putting you through hit recovery animation.

pekson, i'd have setup #1 for ZvZ
and setup #2 for 7fps in special situations or for dueling characters that can't hit you often/cowing
if you can afford it you should have more than enough room in stash
use whitstans 40/15 or BER on switch+titans (30%frw)
with dr setup, and with edias titans+stormshield for max dr while running to/from opponent

dex build is best choice imo
