good summon necro items???

Err, I don't think that Summoning Necro has changed much since the patch. The usual 20 into Skeleton Mastery, RS, RSM, and 1-20 points into Revive (Depends, I usually just put 1-5). (If you choose not to use Golem.) And maybe 1 point into Summon Resist.

Gear...
Homunculus or Boneflame
Carin Shard or Blackhand Key
Harlequin Crest
Frostburn or Trang Oul's Claws (gloves)
Marrowwalk, Silkweave, or Waterwalk
And then...any armor with +skill. Vipermagi, Valor, etc.

I don't care too much about PvM builds...they don't have to be too specific.
