Saddam is nothing. He has no power over anything. How much control do you think he had while running, hiding, and living in caves/holes? There's obviously someone else with power controlling everything. The debate now is: who will prosecute Saddam? World Court? U.S.? or Iraq? If it's an Iraqi trial, he will most likely be publically executed.
